Second Glance Home Decorating

A second look can often provide insights to what already exists in a home. The name Second Glance Home Decorating alludes to this fact. A second glance must be impartial, tempered with experience and aware of your personal likes and dislikes.

The Second Glance process may mean rearranging furniture, moving items to different rooms or using rooms differently than what they were originally specified for. Perhaps a new colour palette will emerge that is exactly what is desired. Whatever the change it must be true to your heart.

To reimagine your space  and turn your house into a home that fits your personality is the goal of Second Glance Home Decorating.

Life is about changing. Nothing ever stays the same. The same goes for your home.
• Families grow, change, shrink & expand
• Your home adapts to these changes as well

Sue Bell, Interior Stylist

I have had a love of interior design for as long as I can remember. As a child, I would rearrange my bedroom at least 5-6 times a year, in the hopes of creating a fresh, new, desirable space.
My first home was a century old farmhouse and I completely transformed it from top to bottom - physically and aesthetically.
Several years later, I was lucky enough to be a part of building my own custom estate home, which I of course furnished and decorated with great joy.
Over the course of the last 10 years, I have been involved with numerous home design projects - both big and small - and being new to Collingwood, I look forward to expanding my business in the area.
In my downtime, I enjoy travelling, patio hopping, reading and spending time with my daughter and our two aussiedoodles.

Transforming houses to homes is my specialty. I try to understand a client's likes and dislikes and to explore options never before thought of to create spaces that are fresh and new and yet familiar.

Hiring me as your interior stylist provides a fresh approach at a price that can free your budget to go further than you thought possible.
